I have the family heirloom ceramic tree too. I thought these were circa 50’s-60’s but I'm not sure. I’ll ask my mother if she remembers when she made it.

The new ones aren’t the same. You can’t even change the bulbs. Where’s the fun in that?

I honestly don't know if the bulbs can be changed. Like I said, never took it out of the box. I'll just take your word for it

Anybody have any pictures of ceramic christmas houses they have painted? I'd like to do a whole village so would love to see others ideas..

I did not paint these, they belonged to my aunt that passed away a long time ago. I can't tell if they were hand painted or not.

Oh yeah.. i got most of my presents wrapped! Waiting on a couple more items to be delivered.
This is the first year in about 14 years i can have ribbons and bows on the gifts. The cat i had used to just rip them all off.
