Oh. I thought they had to be all black to be called black. But I never really looked up the color names before.

The chicks are B&W.... adults are black

Hi everybody! Here's are my two frizzle bantam cochins. I haven't figured out what to call the coloring on the little black pullet. Would that be lacing? It's not all over her body. Mostly on her breast and a little on her back. They were hatched 3/1 of this year.

Next weekend I'm picking up these two lovely ladies to be girlfriends for my cockerel in the pic above, Billy. They're sisters. I know the first one is Mille Fleur, but can anyone clue me in on what the 2nd one's coloring is called? The pics aren't that great, that's just the pics I was sent. I'll get better ones taken of them when I bring them home. These girls were hatched in February, so only a tad older than mine above.

Here's Fluffy. She's 4 months old. I think she is so beautiful. I couldn't get a good picture of other Cochin sapphire.
