Cute - What are the white PVC 90 degree pipes for - just wondering

They are feeders, they extend about 5' up to hold lots of feed, grit, oyster.

It doesn't fall out the front hole [ one facing chick] ?

No it has a smaller reducer that you cant see inside the bottom of the pipe keeping it from free flowing out.
