Well, that one's mama, our Georgie, is a total lap chicken. She demands you pick her up and hold her, then she promptly falls asleep in your arms. And Georgie is my second largest Delaware girl.
Ok, My eggs are in the incubator now. Hoping all will be well as our heat is not working well. Our heat guy was hear and apparently a few of the pc boards have gone out again. Our house is less than a year and a half old. He's going to take the company that makes our heating system (Geo thermal) to task over them...he's ready to just remove the whole system and install a competitors.
Right now it's 64.8 in the room that the incubator is in. We won't have the heat completely fixed until Tuesday next week. If need be I'll move the incubator across the driveway to my in-laws house. Right now I've put blankets and towels around the base to help keep the temp up. It's a GQF Hovabator. I'll be lighting a fire in the room the incubator is in tomorrow to help warm the house.
Kathy- Little Georgette is one round bundle of cute!!!
Laney- You have some nice looking eggs- are the bigger ones bigger than normal or are the smaller ones smaller than normal. . . uh...you know what I am asking!
My little Cora and Alice must be Georgie babies, too? They really like the attention -
