I mean I "get it"... I'm just venting. I get a tad irritated when people throw money away over "ME WANT!" lol And, yes, the Maran thing irritates me too. lol. My favorite part of the Maran fad is people taking photos with no flash and buyers believing that the eggs are that dark. DUH! When the whole picture is dark... the eggs will look darker too! And Marans aren't the only dark layer. Geesh.

And, yes, I would feel bad selling 6+ eggs and asking $150+ for them. I could understand even $60-$80 for 6+ since they are still more rare than most else. I would even pay that. I have paid that for 8+ Penedesenca eggs because they were good quality stock and they are rare. I know I wouldn't sell them that high. Maybe I should make the investment... inline breed... and sell them for $50 to drive the costs down across the board. Hmmm.......
