Well Kathy, the boys have their little chickadees and are very happy. The 3 year old claimed the "white ones" as his immediately.

They even took 2 of the boys home....how could I say no to those little faces?

Thanks to you and Speckledhen for the info on dwarfism...very helpful info. The difficult task is done but it was the right thing to do, I couldn't stand to think of her suffering as she grew. Thanks again for your support!

Beth, yes, I had a bit of a conversation with Kathy about Lisette. We both came to the conclusion that she's just simply dainty and smaller than her sister. Pffft! Now I'm going to sit here and worry about whether or not Cosette might someday crow!

But the important thing is that Lisette is indeed just fine and as right as rain. She's such a cute little goober. They both are really!

Culling for above mentioned reasons is always hard. So I always try to make light of it... Otherwise it can really get a person down

Finally got my Del babies moved out to the big coop in thier own little area. They are LOVIN IT!!! And the area is big enough I can get in there and sit with them... and get mauled

Ok, well, its a mauling of love... they swarm me, snuggle, climb and curiosly peck my clothes (we won't mention the rivets on the backside of my jeans

) I'm sure they'd be delighted if I sat out there all day, so they could use me as a playground

Nicole, it's just the best, isn't it? I at out there today, and got crawled on, naps taken on my legs, my jacket pulled this way and that. And that direct, stare ya right in the eyeball look!
