SCOTT! Welcome back! I am glad to hear it sounds as if it went well- keep us posted on both the job and the hatch! I've been wondering about both- was Vegas nice weather?
jhudson, I don't know of anyone in VA, but that doesn't mean there isn't- someone else here may have an answer for you- How many Dels do you have and where did you get them? Can you post some pictures? I love seeing other people's Dels.
Laney- oh DEAR! What a pain! I wish there was a natural remedy for you instead of that stuff! I'd be paranoid and showering ten times a day-
Cetawin- back a few pages ago we were talking about some of your roos living in peace together, and you asked if there was one of mine that seemed dominant. Not yet. I watched them carefully today- they were out in the SUN (yeah, sun, actual sun and no one roo seems to be the top dog yet. There was very little stink eye or anything going on- I think maybe they were just happy to be basking in the warmth. I still have not SEEN the actual crowers. Or even if there is more than one. I have seen Ultrasuede open his little mouth and throat to try, but nothing comes out.
AND his eye is a light brown. I had been referring to it as dark because it is darker than the Dels, not realizing that was misleading.
Too bad we didn't know about the screaming chicken Superbowl ads for Denny's- we could have advised them to use Delawares instead of plain white chickens. SDWD!
