Just saw this post. I'd say she is Malgache (absence of feather follicles generally rules out Ga Don). It is hard to reproduce the black skin; so, I'd be tempted to say that there hasn't been a recent outcross or that she was simply 'created.' However. realize that I'm only commenting on a picture; thus, I could be totally wrong.

I was think to add some fibermelanosis to get a darker offspring out of it.
and some hennie feather to create a closer looking vulture
for the chicken show.

can you get a full body pic of her? the feathers do not look hard enough to be malgache, I wonder if she might be a malgache-american game cross? there's a bloodline out there called Purple Devils which are this way, I've also seen some advertised called Bald Eagles.

They look sharp v.

Actually what gives the cross away (besides size) is:
white legs,
tail to high,
NOT crow headed.

I like it though.
