Show Off Your Games!

think im going to let him hang out with me so calm with me so angry at other birds..haaa haaa didn't even think about the backyard chickens in the back round...

For those of you who remember the last time I shoud these cages... I added vertical posts to them...

the wind came thru with 40mph - 60mph gusts, toppled my coops and bent them beyond function. The vertical posts added strength and weight to help keep them from blowing over again. Hopefully (finger's crossed)

If they make it this far there keepers. Gonna expand this weekend and add 8 more pens. They go from incubator to inside brooders to outdoor above ground pens then I decide who makes it to a second set of above ground pens then I decide who

ultimately makes it to the ground.

Yes i remember asking you about their stability ........... sorry about the bad weather and messed up cages .
Now these (new ones?)do look stable to me .
I would have liked to seen pics of them and rebuilding . That 60 mph wind is a whole lot worse than most realize (i've seen it living in the hurricane route).
You got some nice looking birds .

Problems with foxes and dogs, u put so much time and work into a bird just to have a dog or fox kill it screw that lost a few cause the pens were scattered shot a few foxes then concentrated the pens and put the elec. Fence up. And if I see them casing the joint there's always the 12ga at the back door.

Indeed. :/ we have a major cat problem. Though quite a few have been 'relocated' to were they won't bother anyone anymore they still cause trouble. All my speciality birds are in coops off the ground and are a pain to get in -_- and our big flock...well out two roos suck on that part.though we swear our mut bantam other half is a game, he makes it clear to the big boy who's boss...the sad part is the big roo runs from him XD

are these roosters? They don't have much in the way of combs, but they hold their tails up high. I'm not very familiar with the breed. These ones wandered into my yard when they were only maybe a week old. There were three, but one of them died.

We have feral cats in the neighborhood but luckily we have a stray we named church that has adopted us. Half of one ear is bit off, he has one eye a crooked tail and walks kind of sideways but will fight off any cat that comes in the yard and doesn't mess with the birds that I know of even before the fence.
