looks like number two's sire except his station is better hard to really tell on small pics lol resolution fades on zoom

Pic number 1 is in fact a red spanish from Cuban farm stock, pic 2 and 3 are of a " sweater " that was given to me and after being gifted the 5000 they look almost nothing alike but the " sweater looks an awful lot like the spanish namely the very potent red color. I wish my phone took better pics but as u can see the " sweater " looks nothing like the known 5000

My game chicks are loving getting out of the brooder and running all over the floor. I think they believe me and the kids are mommy. They also are coming when we snap our fingers. They don't care for the kitchen floor though. I have to wonder if it's because it is white. The wood floor they have no issues with. Our older chicks now have the big coop so hubby is working on making a new cage for the little ones, and put the extra brood light over them at night. The games are getting to go to the school today to visit with Paloma's class, so they will be happy with all of the attention. The oldest one loves attention and peeps until when I will let it out and play, then the younger one wants out. Nothing at all like having chicks sleeping on your feet, when you sit down.

Sounds like their all coming along nicely. I have somebody coming pick some up today and they are going home with a lot more than they're intending on buying, I'm busting at the seams and they gots to go.

I know I would have loved for more to hatch out, however with just the 2, I can handle them every few hours, spend lots of quality time with them. And hope that if they are roosters when they get bigger they will love being handled all the time, they sure love it now.

It is so much easier with the 2 then it was when we had the 30+ from cackle come in. Those ones are flighty until it comes time for feeding in the evening then they all come running for the food. My daughter wanted me to take an NN to the school so her class could see them, but they get in my hand and think it's a game to fly away then come back to do it again. I don't want to chase a chick all over the class room.
