I read in Vegan Monlthy magazine that south of the Mason-Dixon Line ... possum was considered vegan as long as it was stewed with taters and onions only... no bacon.

Trimming a bird is easier to do or show than to try an explain it. Its one of those hands on type deals where you can read all you want but nothing beats the hands on experience.

That and you can't hesitate once your doing it do it. Plenty of videos that show more than we can write in my opinion.
