What breed is the picture of the White Game pair. They look a lot like the parents of the Thompson White stag I have. Only difference is the leg color.

The white pair (really, the hen is a pyle) is old english gamefowl. Not sure on the owner of them.

I have a few young wheaten Madagascars coming along and I have to say they are my favorite of the orientals and perhaps of all chickens. They are incredibly smart and real easy to handle. Not all hatch with bare necks and some chicks hatch completely feathered and develop bare necks over time. I recommend them to anyone who is interested in games but like all games, the males will need to be separated.

i thought the same thing < those are the questionable ones . they were supposed to have been grey x hatch but obviously not

Here's some pics of my new ones. "Futch Hatch" They look a little rough. Have been running wild, and are molting. But I think I really lucked out on these ones!

You can't see it in this pic, but one of the hens has a wicked set of spurs.

Here is my nicest stag from this year. He is one of the chicks that I posted pictures of when they hatched this past February.

And the "new" coop. Actually an old tobacco barn at the new place. With some upgrades.

Hey Chief, nice to see you back, was wondering how the asils are doing?

They are doing real good. I did lose one pullet.

She got impacted crop while I was away and my wife wasn't able to get her cleared up. But the other five pullets and four stags are doing really good. They're 4 1/2 moths old and starting to fill out. One of the stags is crowing, if that what you want to call that pathetic sound he makes!

I haven't taken any pictures lately so I'll try to get some tomorrow.​
