They are growing way too fast!!
But at the same time....getting outside with the big birds can't come fast enough

I have 2 teeny tiny silkie chicks in my brooder, 4 days old and iam ready for the big move i just wish they were

Aren't they getting big!! I can't believe it!!
They've made a couple short trips outside and LOVED it...were very aware of their surroundings which surprised me!
Mom and Dad duck weren't impressed at all...actually they were scared of the babies!! Didn't try attacking them or anything just made sure to keep a safe distance!!

Aren't they a hoot. My adults are afraid of babies for a while too. It's like they are aliens. even though they look like them but in miniature.

I couldn't believe it! I thought they would take some sort of interest...they came within 10 feet of them to see what all the fuss was about....then took off running and quacking to the other end of the yard
