Show off your Old English Game Bantams!!

Oh okay, thank you for the information, that's great because I really want some but don't want to use heating, so I'm glad someone from a cold state( I'd say even colder than Michigan) raises them without heat. Haha my chickens are the opposite, although they don't play in the snow, they will go out in it and eat some snow.
Oh, they like to eat it, but only what you track in, they are NOT going to step foot in THAT STUFF!!!

They must think it's some sort of quick sand or something, they must've seen something fall in the snow and "dissapear" and the same will happen to them if they set one foot in the white stuff of doom :gig

Oh and off topic but does anyone know if burning bush leaves and berries are poisonous to chickens? I was planning on planting one in the future OEGB pen but I was reading mixed things about it.

I have another question, about how old do the pullers start laying? Like if I get them in the spring will they be laying by late summer or fall?

My hens haven't started but they're combs are getting bigger and red they might start soon. But you might want to wait for Jophus answer
Oh alrighty, thanks. Does anyone have crele OEGB? That's the variety I am planning to get and I was wondering if some one could show theirs off
