Yes I have eaten them,only one that have small cracks. The eggs are worth alot more as hatching eggs.

Taste about the same as a turkey egg.
 
while i was watering this mornin,, my boy was about 2 feet from me,, and POOOF,, feathers everywhere lol,, scared the puddin outta me

Nice pic Jim, your peafowl will be ready to bred soon.You still have a link how to place the eggs in the sportsman incubator. My guess you will have eggs in March.

and they better breed this year !! i got 4 eggs end of last season, but they were no good,, so hopefully,,,,, and im hoping to have them in a way better pen and coop by march,, im trying to get another hen old enough for breeding.
