Thank you Mmmaddie! They are indeed gorgeous! The girls look like they have eyelashes, too. Nice to see green stuff on the ground, too! White looks way better on Wylie than it does on the ground

Well I began the endless task of moving birds today into their summer breeding pens.I have all my India Blues,Purples,Opals,Bronze,Midnights,Charcoals and Thanglette bunch into their proper pens. Due to Thangs fan club wanting more of this creature,I was considering putting a dark pied hen in with the two IB hens carrying the white flights,but noticed another IB hen with white flights. So he now has 3 IB hens carrying white in with him this summer,instead of the two he was with last year.

Zaz,yes me bad. It was too late tonight for pics when all them was moved,then I had to fill feed barrels,ect.I know,excuses excuses! But I am going to get pics just to point out to Peachecker just how well my birds do look for being in such tight quarters for 5 months.My birds do not need half a county fenced to insure they are healthy and look good,so yes I do plan to get lots of pics.I doubt the males will be displating yet for another week or so but my Purples has paid 6 eggs inside so it was time to get them seperated.

Ahh!!! My peafix is once again complete. .Maddie great pics of the girls! I love the night heron photos too Zaz. Not a pea but peas are in some of the pics as well. I love the one with all of them checking it out.

Cant wait to see all of your new ones and their homes as well Randy.My biggest bird has figured out how to call pretty well compared to the younger one and I hope none of my neighbors get upset.

This one has much more iridescent feathers than her older sister.

What color are the girls? They don't have as much blue in thier necks as most IB hens that I see...

I believe they're purple but the interesting sheen from the solid one has be a bit confused. I'm still going with purple for now.

mabe they are bronze peas. i have never seen one in person but i think they have a hent of color on their necks.

Mmmaddie, when I shipped them to you the rusty brown-off tan color they had at that time resembled purples. One looks to be IB now but the one with white feathers is a different "shade" Bronze peas are very dark chocolate brown.
