Oh yes they did. I have one little IB egg in the bator due on Saturday (might hatch Friday, as Muppet was a day early, too, so we'll see)! Hope your babies do well. They've got a very caring owner so I'm sure they will do great!

Buddy and the peas, this is a pup out of my Anatolian S and Pitt he is a great guardian already and is only 9 months old.





Our bananas are making.





That dripping stuff taist good i tried it, it is sweet like honey suckle now if i could figure out how to colect it for future use. HUM!!!

Such cute peas, Mmmaddie13! They look like one very happy (and curious) little group!

And such lovely photos Zazouse - you are so lucky to have that beautiful green grass growing during this time of year. It is just dry and hot around here during the summer and all that is left besides the sticks of dry grass and scattered weeds are a few small patches of green grasses. I wish I could move to an area with a climate such as yours to enjoy greenery all year round and be able to grow banana trees!

Here is one of my 'rescue peas' - pictures were taken last year about three weeks after he and his two sisters were brought home. I need to take an updated picture - he is looking much better now but still walks with a very slight limp from an unknown cause.









And this is Sasha hanging out on top of the unfinished pigeon loft wondering what I am doing pointing that odd-looking camera at her.

Ooh Zaz you can pull off those little sacs on the banana that have the juice in it and suck it out of there. I know what you mean about it tasting really good. I never knew bananas get that good liquid until last year in Marine Biology class when our teacher brought in a few of those tiny sacs from his bananas and I was the first person to volunteer to try it. Honey suckle is good, but that banana stuff is really really good! I only have two bananas. I really want them to produce something but I guess they aren't old enough. I also want other banana plants to pop up but so far that hasn't happened. I love your birds and your yard too!

I still need to free-range some peas....I never can decide when to do it and when I try to free-range them they won't step out of the pen so I end up having to close the pen again and just try some other day.

Olay is a male.Hands down a b/s male coming in full bloom with color.They are 6 wks old now? Please write down my prediction on this bird and it's age when the assessment was made,,I'm sure with all his mottling showing now he could have been sexed 2 weeks ago easy.Suprised you had energy for pics today,,you nite owl!! I may try tomorrow to get some pics of my bronze chicks with IB chicks so we can compare them.

The kids were VERY well-behaved for their photo shoot.

Well two weeks ago we kind of did determine that Olav is a male, here's his 4 week old pic above his 6 week old pic.
I marked down in my notebook that we determined Olav is a male at 4 weeks old.





What about the green in Hiccup's neck feathers? That's the only one who has any iridescence as of yet.
