I will be real sure in late March 2013 Mmmaddie13 to take some high quality pics so you can blow them up to 8x13 size for your minature Pea Palace wall ,,one of Opie,Roadtrip and Wild Thang,,when their trains are new,long,unbroken and clean.It will remind you of what yours should look like in 2015. Btw,the white chick you chose from the Thang,,the other white one here is definately going to be solid white,,HUGE diffrence in color between it and b/s chicks which are a lite yellow.If you get lucky and yours is a male,breed it to the two purple hens,especially the one with the white flights,,,hopefully Roadtrip will look like this next spring.I'll have 10 males with full trains next spring here compared to 3 this season,,and the camera will be getting heavy use.

Oh yes as soon as my kiddos are old enough to be outside, you bet this forum will be LOADED with pics of my gang. It's just tough taking pics through their temporary indoor ugly chicken wire.. Plus the lighting in there isn't great so I have to take them out one by one anyways... Oh well, they're still cute! I'm excited to see new pics of everybody, especially the Thang with his big boy train!
I'm pretty positive Muppet's a girl, the barring seems to be fading, while Hiccup (the IB Pied split Bronze) is DEFINITELY male. He's still got lots of obvious barring, and his neck feathers are starting to show more blue than green. Olav's definitely a boy, and Casper I'm still not sure.

My little white Thang is so cute, the three Thangs are still in with the original four, and they've found the perch to be their safest place... The original four are bossy apparently.. Urgh. But the BSSPs are still inside in the brooder box, the one who had sand in her eye is MUCH better, but her eye gets goopy and stuck (and looks to be a little scratched, just not as "glossy" as it's supposed to be, more of a matte clear) every once and a while, she's eating and drinking and walking around though! She'll be alright! Eventually those 3 will move in with the Thangs and the original four, the Opals are still all three by themselves (and have knocked their heat lamp down twice now), because they're HUGE.

I'll see about getting some new pictures of everybody sometime this week!

The Opals will expect b-day treats next May,,I sub liminally told them to self destruct on that special day if they didn't get banannas and popcorn.Heat lamps are minor,,compared to when they are a year old.Hope your heat lite is tied up so there is no way it can come down with the lite starting a fire on anything? They are just practicing flying short bursts.Kinda like a bull in a china shop??
Thang,,Big Boy???? Wimp Boy is more like him,,he has a lot of tail to grow this winter to get out of the ugly catagory
