That's great, Zaz! I'm SO jealous. I want a new barn!

Yes indeed, 40 by 80 with a 12 foot wrap around awning around the front and sides of the front 30, we plan on building a small apartment in that area, we are trying to downsize from what we are now living in cause we do not even use half of our home and haven't for years.
DH is approaching retirement age and we are making sure we can live on what we saved and his pensions, we only have electric,taxes and insurance to pay now even this barn will be paid off after completion.

Not for the birds, they have an old barn that they take a nape in at lunch, can't see giving them a new one when they rarely use the old one, course will be tearing that down if the next hurricane don't blow it down, it is already leaning to the left from getting hit by 2 bad hurricanes.

I am hoping one year when we are done i can host a UPA convention but it will be a while.

Oh my gosh that would be awesome to have a UPA convention at your place. I would actually be able to make it to that one!

I think folks would love it here, going on walkabouts with the peas is so wonderful and i got lots of places for rvs and such just need a good water and eletric setup for them that could be used here for other stuff when it is over.
