I think that the domestic male contest did more for the peacocks than you could imagine! Congrats again Zaz & Mini!

Just wait until next year. Just in passing a note they seem to ignore the exotic colors going with more traditional colors. I think the other colors are equally as beautiful.

Opal WE Peacock


He rarely displays when I have my camera with me. That is the best I can get so far.

Opal WE peacock ..... and .... and .... a little bit Pied with so many white feathers in the wings ! .... or at least an Opal WE dark pied +++ ... a new mutation ... ?

Dany12, it's interesting you say that becuase frenchblackcopper also mentioned that. I thought white eye peafowl had white flight feathers, a white throat patch, and could have random white feathers, which in my peacock case are on his wing. I can go out now and get some pictures.

Thanks! He is nice and different. He even displays differently, just hard to describe. He always tries mating with the ducks when they pass by in front of him!
