I have not posted pictures in a while...but here are some from a few days ago. I did mention I did get three new peachicks, and in the pictures you will finally find out what they are!
This was a while ago, but I decided to share so that you could see how much they have grown!
Hiding in the flowers!
I can never get good pictures of them flying, but I guess I can keep trying.
Little India Blues will be sold this weekend, I will miss them...
Here is my unexpected peachick. I thought it was a normal blackshoulder spalding, but turns out it is either cameo blackshoulder or peach blackshoulder. I guess the parents were split. Now I regret selling the other one that was like this. But I sold that one before if started showing brown feathers. Have one younger one like this still.
Same bird as above.
Some of the peachicks that are with the peahen.
Opal WE peacock is growing a train! Can't wait to see those white eyes. White peacock is too but since he free ranges he is usually not around when I take pictures.
Opal WE
The Spalding is always pacing along the fence (you can see the trail along the fence) and he tries to fight the hens in the other pen. The dominant Opal spalding hen of the other pen fights back not realizing there is a barrier between them.
He has quite the train now! He molted really early and got a head-start.
Opal breeders for next year.
The peahen and her peachicks. They are almost as big as her.
Blue creek can u post some pic's of ur pens? Nice birds.
