I think I am getting the idea here, raise lots of babies, keep the pretty ones and sell off the rest.

I'll have to take some more, he wouldn't hold still the day I was taking these, his head is a blur in every one. He is also still shedding out neck feathers so he is a bit spotty looking there.

Ok my peas are such babies we have snow now from his cold front and its chilly here (10* out during the day negatives at night) AND THEY HATE THE SNOW ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS STAY INSIDE AND DO NOTHING i thought they were cold hardy,

Cold Hardy means it won't kill them, doesn't mean they have to like it anymore than we do!

We try to! There's a slight chance we may have a snow day tomorrow. We've had 4in. recorded on Weather.com as of about 20 minutes ago at least. And they're saying another 1 - 3 in. expected tonight, turning into freezing rain/sleet by the early hours of the morning.

We got a snow day! My ducks do penguin style in the snow. They lay down on their bellies and paddle with their feet across the snow. I need to get a video of it sometime. My peafowl just go inside and roost.
