Looking for seeds from the cypress vines and lufas

Lots of ladys

They find all kinds of thing out there in the wood and pasture, lots of things went to seed and green stuff still grows low here, lots of clover too, they eat crawfish's and shrimp and tiny musles at the ponds edge as well as in the run off areas with standing water, there is always free choice flock raiser but the older peas are not seen at the feeder much, i throw out a coffee can of whole corn every other day and they like to eat the cat food that is left over.
I have Greens growing for them and there is still some sorghum stalks that i never picked and they like that once in a while.

they get bananas weekly ,good for their digestion i believe, plus they get their eggs and some times eggs and oatmeal on cold days, what they eat changes with the seasons for the most part, spring and summer brings lots of berries and fruits

That's why I planted the rye. Durning the winter we don't have too many green things, nor do we have the shrimp, musles, or crawfish. My guineas free range not my peas. I keep 15% protein laying pellets and 28% protein crumbies out all the time + the rye grass. Any thing else do I need to give to get them ready for laying season.
