Show off your Peas!

IMO she needs to be wormed and should be at least every 3 months when housed with other birds, worms can bring them down, make them droopy and in peafowl they can also cause other problem related to a worm load.
we use safeguard for goats here 1cc per bird 3 days in a row, can you handle her to worm her or is she to wild?
Thanks for the info! She is really easy to handle. The other peacocks aren't as friendly as her though. Any tips for getting them the meds? Is it injected or oral?
 
Ok....I'm paranoid even though the vet said the poop I brought in was clear of worms and egg I went ahead and wormed them. The peas really like oatmeal especially when you Mix it with crumbies, honey, mealey worms and wormer 3 mg of safeguard!

Oh I bet he really pigged out on that! I put groats, (rolled oats) in my mash when it is cold, they love it!
 
Margaret8, mine developed the lumps about 3 weeks ago so I am sure yesterday's egg is fertile!!! :/
And I am 5 hours north of you! With snow on the ground!

I love how everybody's talking about their breeding season and eggs while I'm sitting here with no females :/....ah...oh well maybe next year lol
