Show off your Peas!

You can use Wix, blogger, etc for websites. You can even use Godaddy.com to buy your domain as well as use their website builder. Or you can pay a graphic designer to build you a site if you want something really unique with custom buttons, etc.

I took web design in high school and will probably take it again sometime in college (did a bit of web design in a class last semester) so I made my website using Adobe Dreamweaver. If I wanted to re-do my site I would mainly hand code the basic framework of it and use Dreamweaver to add finishing touches such as photos. High school didn't teach much on hand coding but college taught more on the subject.

Aaron, my favorite person and Peep, my favorite bird.

Both think they are my boyfriend but only one actually is.

Get I've got a questioned for all of you who are a lot more experienced with peas than I am. My 3 BS peahens all have their crests but my IB hen, mr BSIB male and my new green one all their crests missing. What happened?

One of your peahens is feather picking the others. Didn't you say the tame hen you have liked to pick at Emerald's crest? If you watch them for a bit you might be able to catch who is the culprit.

If they have somewhere to get away from each other the less dominant birds should still be able to keep their crest. The only time I had one lose a crest was when Ice was sitting on a nest and someone thought it would be funny to peck off her crest.

Evidently India Blue peafowl varieties sometimes enjoy feather picking at green peafowl - Josh says the first birds to get feather picked in a mixed pen are usually the greens.

It is really strange that the 3 BS hens all have theirs! I guess the 3 BS hens are not very submissive!
