I have about 8" of hay under the perch and the perch is about 4.5'

I just candled it there are no cracks and as far as an air sack I think there is one. It looks about like the guinea eggs I just set.

Is her tail black. I know it looked like it in the one pick but I thought it may have just been the lighting because I thought it was more of a brown color.

If it was a perch bomb you should candel it to see if it is cracked, check the air cell while you are at it.
