You need a green peacock make pretty spaldings, those are the prettiest IMO, i love the ones like Dylansmom has you can clearly see both breeds in them and that is awesome.

I think some of them are Burmese. I didn't get a good look at them this trip but for Farm Day and I think the previous farm day too some of the birds in there looked like Burmese to me. I don't know for sure though I have only talked to Josh about the greens in the long row of green peafowl breeding pens. He has gotten so good at breeding high % spaldings that I often second guess myself and am not really sure what I am looking at. If you tell me it is a pure green I can then usually identify the subspecies (especially in person), but it is harder for me to say if it is a high % spalding or a pure green. I was looking at a free range peacock and thought it was a green free-ranging but AugeredIn asked Josh about the bird and Josh said it was a high % spalding. Here is the bird:
