Happy B-day Birdrain! Why do those pigeons freak you out? I'm actually contemplating buying some little chicken knappies and having a couple walking around the house!

Thank you all for the birthday wishes! They just look freaky too me. Usually when you think of pigeon you think of the common pigeon. Budapest pigeons are on the funky side too. My favorite pigeon is probably the Trumpeter. Jacobin pigeons, it must be hard to see what's next to you.

I would be if I didn't have hubby to put his foot down and keep me straight.

When I worm my 100% free range chickens, I put a towel on the kitchen counter(ala casportpony), then go out after dark and carry them in one by one to worm or do whatever. This totally freaked hubby out the first time because he thought they would go nuts and fly/run all over the house trying to get away. He was very surprised by the fact that they just stand there and let me do whatever.

We had to bring Zombee in for a bath and to warm up last winter. I thought Candy was going to keep her in the house full time for a while. Poor little Zombee did make for good foot warmer.

Beautiful Greens! Those pigeons scare me! Felt like sharing this as well. As of today I'm now 18 years old!
