Dizzy has finally started playing with the toys

He’s also a real chatter box and loves to just sit on a perch and chatter and sing away to himself and everyone hahah and he loves to squawk/scream/sing too but he’s so cute when he puffs up and just sits and quietly chatters to himself

This is my 7 month old budgie, echo.
He's a very good talker and learns quickly.
We have only been working for under 1.5 months and he can say "pretty bird" "baby bird" and, my favorite, "excuses-moi".

Hey everybody! Been a while since I've posted here. I'm trying to figure out my little Sunset's (budgie) leg band and I can't make heads or tails of it...any help would be appreciated. It is an open metal band with the # IP21162. Open band means imported right? I am quite certain she was not raised by hand. We bought her from what may or may not have been a sketchy pet store.
She's a very weird bird, but I think she's adorable!
