GUESS WHAT!!!?! 2 of my 5 girls just squatted in front of me!!!!! They're turning 17 weeks tmro!!!! I went to pet them and they both squatted! How much longer till I get eggs???

Greetings.. My neighbor went to TS this past April to get some layers. I asked her to pick up 6 pullets for me that lay white eggs... She came home with a straight run and I wound up with these. I think they are red sex-links... I purchased two hens from My Pet Chicken that are now a bit over two weeks old. My birds have black in the feather, (the ones from TS) Any thoughts?

To me they look more like a hatchery New Hampshire Red.
