    They are my favorite I am going to start breeding them and if I like them enough when my mixed flock dies I might just start breeding them only

    Hello! :) I just got 4 new silkie chicks.

    One black named Lizy, one white named Slippers, one buff named Misty, and one Splash named willow. That's they only picture I have at the moment. :)

    Interesting you should mention the straight comb. While observing my silkie babies today, I noticed 3 of the six have what appears to be a straight comb. I thought it was odd. I did purchase them from TSC so I know they are not of show quality. They are only 2.5 weeks old. I don't know if the comb will change.or not.[​IMG]
