Trying to keep it fresh.. I should revise it to 5 days or so lol...
Edited it to 7 days or so... you are right... a little steep and too much pressure with such a deadline.. As long as it wasn't back when Regan was President!

Here is something a little hum drum but an ice breaker at the least...
Hub Grilled steaks and Talapia fish on the the bar b que tonight. I mashed the potatoes and cheated with a tube of biscits. My belly is making me sleepy right now...

Here it is!

It gets better each time we eat it! Froze the big one for later since there are only 2 of us. Made it with sausage, ground beef, mushrooms sauteed in butter and garlic, cottage cheese, lasagna noodles, fresh tomates and peppers from the garden and mozzarella on top!
