FINALLY got my meatball sandwich, so good. Should have skipped the cheese, not in the mood tonight. As always, a big glass of milk to drink.

I was going to stop and pick something up for dinner from a local restaurant and totally spaced the idea on my drive home.

I have been craving fish for dinner for the last couple weeks.

Goulash
2 cans chili tomatoes/can tomato juice
Box of pasta (bow ties)your choice
Carrots, onions, celery, garlic
Italian seasoning, oregano
Meat optional
Ok you can pretty much do anything with this meal
Today I tried a veggie version, topped with habaranaro & jalapeno cheese

Was another last last minute meal last night. Bedding livestock for the hard freeze. If you bed them during the day hours they will spread it out thin before it gets cold. If you bed them after 9PM, they crawl into it and bunker down.
ANYWAY...
Simple Salad. Was not notable but hit the spot. And some round things falsely advertised as chicken. This is a family site so I can't elaborate the true contents within the breading. I didn't die in my sleep, so I suppose it was safe to put on the market.

Not worthy of even a single photo. But oh well.

hey been one with Panko Chicken Costco style sometimes also buy the boneless skinless thigh in the bags as BF will not butcher I like my fingers on my hand and James is not great at plucking either and too gentle to kill them

Yum! I haven't had goulash in a long time.

Shrimp lo mein and chicken pot stickers. It was so so. I should have used bigger shrimp but I had a few salad size in the freezer. I didn't make the pot stickers and didn't fry after steaming, busy day and not much time for cookin
