Sicilian buttercups - post your pictures

She is rather "plumpy", but she's smaller thanwhat the picture makes her look. I didn't know what to name her, so i went simple.... So she's Buttercup

I love the fluffy stature of the Buttercups so much! Cookie is tiny but round and squishy-looking.

I have 5 buttercups and have had them since they were 1 wk old. Everything I read about them says they are sweet and friendly. Mine are just the opposite. They run from us and if we do pick them up they scream like we were killing them. We have picked them up ever since they were babies and now they are 12 was old. They screamed like that when they were babies. Is this normal for this breed?

It just depends on the individual bird, in my opinion. But usually with pullets, once they start laying, they become much friendlier and more docile.

Does it look like my 2 month old farm supply baby is a sicilian buttercup?
I think they purchase from Ideal Hatchery in Texas, and buttercups were the closest thing
I could figure out... no feathered feet, no crest.

Thanks!
