Have you tried tempting her with any special foods? Warm mash or scrambled eggs maybe?

I agree with giving her eggs. Make a big batch and give the rest of the flock a treat.

I really don’t know then to be honest. Do you have any pictures of her poop? Do you know what tests if any the vet ran other than checking for worms?

I need to upload some...all I know is they tested for parasites ir any other abnormalities

Somewhat, we trimmed them a little after the first go round when she got sick. They cleaned up once she was outside and was able to dust bathe.

We've given her mealworms, hard boiled eggs and some cottage cheese. She gobbles it all right up right now that she's on the medication! my concern is a relapse once she finishes the round of meds.

All types of worms? Even tapeworms, roundworms, heartworms? It sounds like you're doing more than most already, your girl is fortunate! What about a tick-borne parasites, or disease? I'll do some more thinking...
Have there been any major stressors in her life lately...? Moving, a loud storm, a new flock member...etc. Can you think of any changes at all?
Perhaps a good glug of nutri-drench, and some ACV in her food
