I have a chick that after a very long time stuck finally with a little help made it out of its shell, but its not doing any thing just laying down not moving, its eyes are shut, its not chirping and when i pick it up to try and give it sugary water its neck is floppy, its not picking its head up at all.
I honestly did not expect it to make it through the night but it did, i have kept a close eye on it but there is no improvement what so ever.
What do i do? please help.

I had a few like that. One didn't make it but the rest did. I did the sugar water also. I think that people on here also have recomended Gatoraid (electrolites) and baby vitamins without iron (I can't remember the brand). I personally haven't had to use the electrolites or baby vitamins yet (the one that died went too fast). I hope that your chick makes it.
