sick chick?

I have 6 leghorns and 4 RIR that are months old. The leghorns have been laying about 5 weeks and the rirs about 3 weeks. Yesterday I couldn't find one of my reds. She had gone off to herself and was just standing there, wouldn't interact with the others not eating but drinking. She did roost last night but today she is still just keeping to herself going to sleep standing up. Any ideas?

check her for wounds, maggots, parasites, anything out of the norm. not much info so that's about the best I can tell you right now.
