Should I cull them? do ducks get this disease?

I wouldn't cull them. I would just see how many come down with it. Some do not get it, but will carry it. We're also not absolutely positive that we're dealing with Marek's. As for ducks, I don't know. If I were you, I'd just search this whole forum for anything you can find on Marek's. It could help your personal situation a lot.

Hes been eating and drinking and walking, and hes been warm i took him out side this morning for a while it wasnt so cold or hot im not sure if thats what affected him or something :/

Is it normal that it chirps really loudly all of a sudden ? Im sorry this is my first time with a baby chick and im not sure how to react to things like this

if your chick shows no signs of distress such as any health ailments, you may just have an eccentric bird. We also have ducks and our female ducks will often yell a ruckus that is much louder than our rooster. Im just saying bitds have their own personalities. If there is any health concerns please feel free to share.

I will, my boyfriend came to pick him up and is going to take him to get checked just to make sure i hope he is just chirping :+
