Sick Chicken! Help!

My chicken's wattle and comb are peach colored instead of red. She seems lethargic and has her beak open...seems to be breathing fine though. Any ideas as what is going on with her? Or what I should do for her?

Is she eating and drinking? What does her poop look like? Is she pooping? Need more information.

I just noticed that she is sick....I am keeping a close eye on her now, I will post with more details if I find out any....
