Sick chicken!please help

My chicken is sick
we brought him inside.
he is still eating but I don't think he is drinking much so we syringe him water
He doesn't walk much when he does he only walks backwards.
He has dirty vent feathers
He has green poo stuck to his butt
He is under a year old
He eyes are closed a lot.but he still opens them sometimes
I don't see no lice,mites is eyes are clear,no sneezing or runny nose

Could it be from a temperature change?
Has anybody had this before with there chickens?or might know what it is?

Welcome to BYC. I assume he is a rooster, not a hen. Do you have a vet who could see him or check his droppings? Clean his vent area off to get a good look at the vent. if you have to wash it, bring him inside to towel dry off in warm air. Make sure that he is passing droppings. Could he have been injured? Sometimes wry neck can occur, which may cause walking backwards or in circles, and a twisting of the neck up, down, or to the side. That can be from head injury, a vitamin deficiency, or from an infectious disease. Mix some raw or chopped egg with a bit of chicken feed, yogurt, and add water to make it like runny oatmeal. That may get more water into him. Intestinal infections such as coccidiosis, enteritis, or worms can be a cause of diarrhea. Coccidiosis can be treated with Corid in the water. Symptoms are hunched posture, not eating, runny droppings with mucus or blood, and sleepiness.

Yes he is a young silkie rooster.we do not have a vet who could see him.i don't think it is wry neck or anything like that.i think hrle might be lacking vitamins.will he have green poo if he is lacking vitamins?

Right their is your issue......Cut out the Cracked corn and scratch grains.....Add Grower to your Layer mash......

Nutritionally the fillers do not provide a balanced diet........Grower is higher in protein......Your Rooster does not lay eggs.....

Possibly......Chickens need a balanced nutrition and having a Rooster he has his needs also.....To many fillers are not good for Birds......Snack/treats/scraps are not good for Chickens..........
