Epsom salt soaks with the foot, and.. you'll have to cut it out... Are you willing to do that?

That’s what I have read, should I wrap it up afterwards to avoid infection? I’ve also read that I should put honey on it? Because it’s a anti-bacterial. I’m definitely willing to cut it out. Anything to make her feel better!
