Pictures? You weren’t very informative and going by what you did say, it could be anything. I want to be encouraging though, so maybe if you can give us more detail we can help. Is she pooping? If she refuses to drink water you’re going to have to force her, she’ll die of dehydration before she’s given a chance to even start recovery. Put it up to her beak, in a very shallow dish. Touch her beak to the water and chances are she will probably swallow. If she still won’t drink let us know, I can help you learn how to inject it into her crop with a syringe down her throat. (DO NOT TRY THIS WITHOUT FIRST LETTING US TELL YOU HOW! I hopefully don’t sound harsh but that is very important that you do NOT try to use a syringe without asking one of us, like me, who know how to do it and can teach you.)
This goes for food to, if she won’t eat when you put it up to her beak, then think about this: Chickens are prone to pecking things that are red. If you disolve tums mixed with some cottage cheese than she might want to peck it due to its reddish/pink color. that may seem quite random but it’s worth a shot. She won’t want to eat anything like pellets, so if your food isn’t a crumble, try smashing it, or putting it through a food processor. My EYP hen Joy refused to eat any food that wasn’t crushed. I figured that out when I noticed her eating the crumbs and picking through the pellets, so I brought it to the kitchen, created a crumble, and she started to eat again after a day! Of course she was on a pain killer and was standing again, but if you offer the crushed food to your hen at her beak, or nest her head, she might try and eat it.
