Sick Chicken

I have a 3 year old hen, she has never laid an egg. Several days ago I noticed she is all puffed up and not moving a lot. I have her in the house now. She has white milky diarrhea. Have not seen mites and there were no worms in stool. Her crop is full but not hard or squishy. Her skin has a yellow tint to it. Any ideas?

Hard to know exactly what is wrong with her, but she may have a reproductive disorder and ascites or water belly. Is her lower belly enlarged under her vent? Can you get picture of her poops?

Hens who never have laid eggs may be internal layers, and they can develop large masses internally. It is really hard to know if that is her problem, or she has had some sort of organ abnormality. If you lose her your state vet may be able to perform a necropsy that might give a diagnosis.
