Sick chicken!

My Comet seemed fine yesterday, but today she is lethargic and pooping a lot, yellowish-whitish poo. She also has a swollen soft area on her breast, about 2x3 inches. When I picked her up, she sneezed, and has some nasal discharge. I have separated her from the others. I' ve been looking at symptoms on line, none of which seem to fit quite right. Anyone got any ideas? She is about 3yrs old.

Is the area on her breast her crop?
Have you gotten any chickens lately?
Is she eating and drinking?
Have you placed your ear against her back and listened to her lungs?

I thought it seemed lower than her crop, more like her breast, and yes, we just got two new young pullets on Friday. It's academic, however, since she died.

I'm sorry. If her crop was that large, and you picked her up, that would be reason enough for stomach contents to come out her nose and mouth. She may have had a blockage further down the digestive system where you can't do anything about it.
