I would round up to 0.35mg just so it's easier to measure. You have wiggle room on your dosing. Tylan has a range of 10-40mg/kg 3X a day and I figured it at somewhat midrange at 25mg/kg so I would not give less than the .34mg 3X a day if that makes sense.
In the U.S. there is no egg withdrawal period for Tylan.
Dose for Tylan200 at 25mg/kg would be 0.056mg/ml per pound of weight given 3 times a day for 5 days.
