I would post in the Emergencies section for some helpful answers.

Hi I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice about my chickens. I live in Australia and all my chickens are dieing. I brought 4 12 week old chickens and they all died within 2 weeks. They get all lethargic as if they are to heavy for their legs They dont eat or drink and within 1 day they die..8 chickens later they all went the same way.I even bought 5 14 month old chickens thinking they would be stronger but they all died too.I have had chickens in this same yard for 10 years with no problems. This has all happened in the last 4 months.I would appreciate any advice
Hello, is there a University or college near by? Maybe a county extention office or a farm bureau can help.

Hello :frow and Welcome To BYC! Sorry about your losses, hope you are able to figure out what is going on. X3, on seeing if you can have a necropsy done on a bird.

my chicken got pecked in the eye by my guinea fowl and the other chooks, and its all swollen and got lots of goo in the eye ive bin putting salt water on it
is there any thing else i can do

Sorry about your chicken :hugs I would seperate her from the others so no other pecking can take place. Lots of goo could be pointing toward infection you may need some eye drops to clear this up. You need to keep it as clean as possible. One peck from a dirty beak can introduce infection. Drop by the emergencies injuries and cures section for further help. I hope her eye gets better soon :fl
