But still give the Baytril when it comes even if they’re feeling better, right?
If they were mine, I think I still would.

Thanks, I’ll follow your advice. Definitely not all better yet, I’ve noticed some muscle twitching still and still bright green slimy poop, as this picture shows. She missed the towel but it made for a better picture!![]()
Yikes, they both weigh 4 lbs now instead of the 4.8 they both started at. I’ve been tube feeding them 4 times a day but maybe not enough at a time!Unless greens have been provided recently, green droppings are often an indicator that there is excess biliverdin production, which will most frequently occur in an anorexic state. It may be good to weigh them again and compare that to the previous weight you took and see if there was a noticeable decrease.
I fed my duck a lot, a 60ml syringe pulled all the way up. She weighed only 3.5lbs.Yikes, they both weigh 4 lbs now instead of the 4.8 they both started at. I’ve been tube feeding them 4 times a day but maybe not enough at a time!
I was just thinking maybe the baby bird formula would be higher in calories. I purchased Emeraid from my vet, it is very high in calories, but unfortunately you can't buy it without a prescription. No, I just was blending up what we had with some water, 60ml at a time. I had read elsewhere that that was okay!![]()
Oh and not till Tuesday!Great pictures! Do you have a shipment update on the Baytril?
