Sick duck

I think there might be a slight disconnect. Even though it gives you dosage for goats, it doesn’t evenly translate to the ducks weight. Definitely use the 0.15mL per pound. Ducks require a lot of medication per pound. For example my ducks can have the same amount of amoxicillin a day as I can.
Thanks. I'm not very good at explaining this stuff. The goat, cow and horse dose is only 5 mg/kg

Goats
100 pounds / 2.2 (converts to kg) x 5 (mg/kg) / 100 (mg/ml) = 2.27 ml per 100 pounds round up to 2.3 ml).

Poultry
1 pound / 2.2 (converts to kg) x 30 (mg/kg) / 100 (mg/ml) = 0.136 ml per pound (round up to 0.15 ml).

You are great at communicating casportpony. Interpreting what everyone types without being able to physically see them is really difficult. Especially when we don’t personally know them.

I forgot to also mention, I would treat all of your birds even if they don’t have symptoms. Because if it turns out she has worms, the rest will eventually get it. I believe Ravynscroft and or casportpony treat every 6 months. I know Ravynscroft has issues with gapeworms in her part of the US so she treats every 6 months regardless of if they are showing symptoms.

This is the link that said 3ml per gallon. I will go give her some straight now
Ah, okay. That's a great link except that almost all of the worming info is incorrect. Whoever wrote that page did not do their homework, they just copied the dosing info from Gail Damerow's book which is full of errors like this. :th

So sorry if I gave wrong info my main reason for posting was to get info on the gape worms to OP sorry the dosing was wrong so grateful for casportpony and Cayuga Jana to catch it
The info on that website is usually pretty good and it really surprised me to see they had just copied the dosing stuff from a book like that. :(
