Sick Hen not eating, yellow diarrhea, weight loss, lethargic

I have a 2 year old sick hen, Mochi, that has yellow clear diarrhea, not eating, but is drinking some water. She is lethargic and weak.
She was molting over the past month, and I thought she separated herself from the flock, because of that reason. She also lost weight, and I figured it was because she was molting.
I realized over the last week she is not getting back into the flock or gaining any weight, so I separated her in a cage in my garage and realized she is having diarrhea and not eating.

I took her to a veterinarian and he said she does not have worms. He gave her a broad-spectrum antibiotic, Bactrim, and it’s been three days and she is not getting better.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Or recommendations? Is it cancer?
All other chickens are acting healthy. She is normally our head most active hen. We use pine shavings in the henhouse. I do not think she has been poisoned, although she does free range outside of our chicken yard sometimes, but always stays on our land. Please advise!
That happened to my chicken after her 1st molt. Listless, stopped eating, loose stools. Took her to the vet and she gave her antibiotics, not sure which one. But said she was going to worm her also and I rewormed her two weeks later. She said to give her whatever she would eat and recommended seed balls, I think they are for parrots and have honey in them. Got them on amazon and break them into small pieces. I also got probiotic powder for chicks to mix in her water because of the antibiotics. Then I started giving her organic apple cider vinegar in her water, 1 tbs per gallon. She did start eating again. I tried scrambled eggs, but wouldn't eat them. Mostly ate chopped cucumbers, corn, etc. She looked bad, but did recover. Hope you have the same outcome. This is what she looked like before going to the vet.

I never considered an egg issue though. She stopped laying during her molt and didn't start again until most of her feathers came in. The vet said she didn't feel anything abnormal either when she examined her.
