Sick Hen

Ok........ I have a hen called Queeny (coz she's the boss.. lol) and her two old sisters passed away because of an illness and she missed that illness, but now she is sick I think! She sort of sneezes and sort of wheezes and she and it sounds like she is gargling!
Me and my family were thinking that we should bring her home to our house (so she won't spread the disease) and make a hut in the garden and block of any holes in the garden that she might escape, and she would live in the garden? Hope somebody has good advice.................thank you! xxx

I think separating her is a great idea while you treat her. Hopefully some others with more experience can help.

Oh We COULDN'T do that coz we have had her since she was a pullet and i'll love her to the end. But I will separate her from the other girls! And is there a cure for her do you think?.......Garlic........apple cider vinegar........respite (garlic tonic) we have all these things?
